I’m Vic — a Pilates and yoga instructor with a passion for mindful, intelligent movement and strength.
My approach blends the precision of traditional Pilates with the flow of yoga, creating classes that challenge, restore, and inspire.

Movement has always been my way to reset and reconnect, and I created Flow with Vic to share that feeling. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, awareness, and ease both on and off the mat.
